Terms and Conditions of Sale
Anni Jewellery is pleased to accept orders subject to the Terms and Conditions of sale as stated below. Your use of the Anni Jewellery website (anni-jewellery.com) and purchase of the products (or services)(anni-jewellery.com) on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions (anni-jewellery.com). No variation of these Conditions shall be binding unless agreed by letter signed by an Authorised Representative of Anni Jewellery. Please read the terms carefully before placing your order. We would advise you to retain a copy of them for your future reference.
Delivery charges
You may select one of the following two delivery methods:
Register Airmail Delivery - 15-20 working days
Express Mail Delivery - 4-7 working days
All orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day All orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day, All orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
Prices The price for each product is shown on anni-jewellery.com in UK Sterling and includes VAT at 17.5% where appropriate.
Prices do not include charges for delivery, which are quoted apart.
We always try to make sure that the prices on anni-jewellery.com are accurate but occasionally errors or price changes may occur.
We reserve the right at any time to revise prices to account for any increases in costs including the increase or imposition of any duty, tax, levy or exchange rate variation. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any relevant revision of prices before processing your order.
Exchange and Refund Policy If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a full refund (not including the shipping charge)or an exchange within 28 days after your purchase. Simply send the item back to us in its original condition and the packaging you received the item in informing us whether you require a refund or exchange. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondance.
Please note that due to hygiene legislation we can not accept any refunds on earrings.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund items that arrive to us damaged or lost.
Defective Merchandise If you find the merchandise to be defective, within 7 days of purchase, you may return it to us for replacement. Please contact Anni Jewellery within 7 days, if you find that your merchandise is defective. You must ship defective merchandise via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. You must purchase insurance from the courier. We will reimburse you for the cost of shipping and insurance.
Cancellation of Orders Orders can be cancelled, but we reserve the right to deduct 25% of the invoice value if the merchandise ordered were new bought from our suppliers. If the item has not been shipped. Please e-mail us as soon as possible, if you decide to cancel an order, so that we can cancel shipment and refund the money to your paypal account.
If the item has been shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to us. When returning a cancelled order, you must ship via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. If the item is lost or destroyed in transit, you will be charged for the item. Therefore it is recommended that you purchase insurance from the courier, so you can be reimbursed for an item if it is lost or destroyed in transit.
For items cancelled after them are shipped, your account will not be credited, until we receive the returned item. Cancelled orders, that have been shipped, must be returned unopened.
Liabilities and Responsibilities Anni Jewellery total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits the liability of Anni Jewellery for death or personal injury caused by the Anni Jewellery negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these Conditions shall be subject to the provisions of section 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Anni Jewellery will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
Interpretation and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions only cover the Anni Jewellery web site. Any other websites which you link to from this website are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for web sites that are not under our control. We are required by law to inform you that sales can only be concluded in English.
Statutory Rights All statements, guarantees or warranties in these terms of trading are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
